Fredrick S. Nolte is the founder and creative lead of Fred Talent & Image, a New York–based agency specializing in modeling, actor scouting, portfolio development, and fashion photography. We partner with apparel, footwear, and lifestyle brands across the USA to deliver colorful, polished visuals that move product and build brands.
Our approach blends casting-first storytelling with precise production: scouting and coaching talent, crafting compelling headshots and test shoots, and producing editorials, lookbooks, e‑commerce sets, and campaigns end‑to‑end.
